7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GGBS Limited, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including without limitation reasonable legal and accounting fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Services or your violation of these Terms.



8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong, without regard to its conflict of law principles.



9. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services will be resolved through binding arbitration in Hong Kong, in accordance with the rules of the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre.



10. Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from:

• the day on which you, or a third party indicated by you other than the carrier, acquires physical possession of the goods; or
• in the case of multiple goods ordered in one order and delivered separately, the day on which you acquire physical possession of the last good; or
• for services, the day the contract is concluded.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by a clear statement.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of standard delivery, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw.

We will carry out the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. In any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.

If the contract relates to the sale of goods, we may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back, or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is earliest.



Returning goods

You must send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.

We will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.



Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal may not apply to certain contracts, including where permitted by applicable law, such as:

• goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized
• sealed goods not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, if unsealed after delivery
• goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items
• digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, if performance has begun with the consumer’s prior express consent and acknowledgment that the right of withdrawal is lost
• services fully performed, if performance began with the consumer’s prior express consent and acknowledgment that the right of withdrawal is lost once the service has been fully performed
